The literary elements found in the video include tone, setting, theme and character development. The tone of the video is reflective and emotive as it conveys the story of a daughter’s struggle to connect with her mother who was suffering from dementia. The setting takes place primarily within a hospital room and contains several flashbacks that provide clarity on how their relationship changed over time. The theme revolves around the idea of family relationships being tested by illness; this is illustrated through moments between both characters where old tensions are brought up amidst difficult conversations about life decisions. Lastly, characterization helps to further emphasize the themes present in this story as each character has unique traits which are used to create an emotional connection between them and viewers.

Several tips from Topic 3 were also represented throughout the video such as “listening deeply” which was highlighted when we see scenes where both characters take turns talking despite there being no clear resolution at that moment. This can be seen in one scene where they have a heated argument but eventually agree to disagree after understanding each other’s points better—a concept known as “Speaking Truthfully” which was also depicted here since neither party shied away from expressing how they truly felt even if it meant risking hurt feelings or making someone uncomfortable temporarily.

If I had to give voice to my own story, I would focus on embracing vulnerability while still maintaining strong sense of self-worth. Growing up I often fell into trap comparing myself against others which led me feeling inadequate or insecure whenever faced with difficult situations like taking exams or competing for limited job opportunities—something many people in similar circumstances likely struggle with today especially given current economic uncertainty & rising levels of unemployment/underemployment due COVID-19 related disruptions around world.

I could connect these experiences back needs within my local community by volunteering at organizations dedicated providing mentorship services students/young adults so they feel more confident pursuing their goals regardless any external pressures put upon them during process—this could involve anything from offering advice job interviews discussing ways stay motivated during hard times leading discussions about importance seeking out necessary resources help when needed most etc.. Through doing so hope will able potential reach full potential inspiring others become agents change themselves whilst learning valuable lessons along way
