Recall the time you were in a clinical setting where another discipline was used (respiratory therapy, physical therapy nutrition, occupational therapy).
Please describe an example of interprofessional collaborative care that you have seen at your work or clinical site. Next, have a conversation about these questions:
Care coordination: Who was responsible? Which nurse was responsible for ensuring that proper care was given?
Did the patient receive the expected outcome? Why or how did it not work? As a nurse leader, what would you have done differently in order to help the patient achieve their goals?
