This type of personality usually exhibits characteristics that include logical reasoning and analytical problemsolving abilities. I have strong planning and organizational skills which can be both beneficial and detrimental to my work. Because I prefer planning ahead for potential scenarios or fastidious details in a project before it even begins; sometimes I need to be reminded that there are unexpected things which cannot always be planned out in advance.

The way I interact with people serves as an important part of my leadership style preference. My introversion means that I prefer smaller groups where I am able to focus more on the task at hand than on the personalities involved. This makes me a very independent leader who prefers relying on myself rather than delegating tasks to others. At times this could cause me difficulty leading projects that require a high level of collaboration among multiple parties but with proper guidance and support from supervisors or mentors, these challenges can be overcome.

I possess some traits typically associated with taskoriented leaders such as being goal driven and results focused while maintaining good control over the team’s progress throughout the project timeline by ensuring quality is met along each step of the process. However, due to my strongly developed intuition and logical reasoning abilities, I have also learned how to use creative problemsolving techniques when circumstances don’t seem easily solvable within traditional parameters. As an INTJ leader, communication tends to take a back seat due to my preference for details over interpersonal relationships so it is important for me to ensure that this aspect does not get neglected in order for successful collaboration among team members since clear expectations often leads to better results overall within any given project or situation requiring teamwork effort towards completion.

Although often seen as serious business people who focus heavily on strategy implementation without much consideration given towards emotions or feelings; effective leaders know there are times when being compassionate will help foster stronger connections between team members resulting in higher morale across all levels of involvement thus increasing productivity too! Therefore having the ability to understand another person’s perspective even if it differs from mine helps create trust among peers allowing smoother transitions into unknown waters no matter what field one may find themselves working within whether it is corporate operations or something else altogether!
