In fact, the authors make the case that managing these relationships can have significant impacts on project outcomes. Inter-Organizational Relations Impact

According to a recent study published in the Journal of Business Research, effective management of inter-organizational relations can lead to increased project efficiency and success (Sharma, 2019). This is because strong relationships between organizations can facilitate information sharing and collaboration, ultimately leading to better decision making and problem solving (Kim, 2020). However, it is not always easy to manage these relationships. A study in the Academy of Management Review found that power imbalances and conflicts of interest can pose challenges to inter-organizational collaboration (Park, 2020). It is important for organizations to be aware of these potential challenges and to have strategies in place to address them.
