My SWOT analysis for my Strategic Plan revealed that one of the major weaknesses of our organization is lack of adequate financial resources to support necessary structural changes. We also identified a threat being increasing competition from other businesses in the same industry which could lead us into possible market saturation if not addressed properly. In terms of strengths, we identified our strong network and loyal customer base as well as access to new technology which can help improve efficiency while reducing costs. Lastly, an opportunity was also highlighted with regards to expanding services outside our current geographical area.
