The theory presented in this article focuses on the importance of creating a healthy workplace environment, which is defined as one that is characterized by trust, respect and mutual support among team members. This model recognizes that having an effective organizational culture contributes to improved job satisfaction and higher levels of productivity due to its ability to foster greater collaboration, communication and creativity within teams.

This theory relates directly to the results my organization’s Healthy Workplace Inventory which indicated issues with civility such as unprofessional behavior, lack of respect for differing opinions and difficulty working through conflicts constructively. By applying this theory we can address these issues head-on by implementing practices such as offering professional development opportunities for employees so they can better understand appropriate workplace etiquette; promoting open dialogue between managers/employees in order to discuss any potential misunderstandings or differences; encouraging team building activities throughout the year; providing clear expectations from upper management regarding standards of conduct etc.
