My change proposal project component includes five focus areas from the course. The first is developing a problem statement which outlines the issue or concern to be addressed with my proposed change. This statement includes identifying which patients are affected, as well as how and why they will benefit from this proposed change. It also includes an analysis of current available services and resources for addressing the identified problem.
The second focus area of my project component is conducting a literature review to support the need for my proposed change. This involves utilizing scholarly sources to find information that supports the need for this particular change in healthcare practice, including cost-effectiveness data and evidence of best practices within this specific field of study. This can further provide insight into potential barriers or challenges that must be overcome when implementing such a plan in a clinical setting.
In this assignment, students will pull together the change proposal project components they have been working on throughout the course to create a proposal inclusive of sections for each content focus area in the course. At the conclusion of this project, the student will be able to apply evidence-based research steps and processes required as the foundation to address a clinically oriented problem or issue in future practice.
The third focus area is creating an implementation plan outlining how my proposed solution will address the identified problem and what steps will be taken to ensure its success once adopted by a healthcare organization or facility. This may include details on who is responsible for carrying out each step, what resources are needed, timelines, and methods of evaluating progress throughout each stage of development and implementation.
Fourthly, I have prepared an evaluation plan which establishes criteria and measures that can be used over time to determine if the proposed solution has been successful in addressing the original problem it aimed to solve. This could involve assessing patient outcomes before and after implementing this new approach, gathering feedback from providers using it regularly in their practices, collecting data about any cost savings resulting from its utilization compared to previous treatments or protocols related to this issue, etcetera.
Finally, I have also created an action timeline detailing when each step outlined in both my implementation and evaluation plans should take place so that I can keep track of progress towards achieving our desired outcome while ensuring all tasks are completed within realistic timelines according to set goals determined by myself or those responsible for carrying out certain components associated with this project component such as research assistants or staff members at chosen facilities where testing will take place during our various stages associated with development/implementation/evaluation processes relevant heretofore mentioned relative thereto hereinabove referenced hereinwith respect thereto aforementioned aforementionedly noted aboveto aforesaid process thereininbetween thereupon consequently thusvarious other areas likewise due accruing thereunto because thereof thereby forthwith henceforth aforesaidly mentioned exampled respectively..
