The leadership style I identified most closely with is transformational leadership. Transformational leaders are focused on a common purpose and inspire others to work towards it through their commitment, energy, and enthusiasm. They bring about positive change by motivating followers through a shared vision for the future. This type of leader encourages creative problem solving and encourages risk taking in order to push the organization forward.
Consider the examples of leadership demonstrated in this week’s media presentation and the other Learning Resources. To further your self-knowledge, you are required to complete the Kiersey Temperament as indicated in this week’s Learning Resources. Consider your leadership style, including your strengths for leading others and include your results from Kiersey Temperament Sorter to describe potential challenges related to your leadership style.
My results from the Kiersey Temperament Sorter indicate that I am an ENFP (Extraversion, Intuition, Feeling, Perception). As an ENFP leader, my strengths include creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm and open-mindedness which are all traits that are valuable when leading in a transformational manner. My weaknesses as an ENFP leader can be seen in my tendency to be overly optimistic or idealistic which can lead me to overlook potential risks or issues that could arise when making decisions too hastily without thorough consideration of all the factors involved first and second place accordingly . Additionally , because I am often so driven by my own goals , it can be difficult for me to focus on other people’s perspectives or needs at times end day before making decision anything else too hastily done without proper thought process taken into account first second third fourth fifth sixth seventh place accordingly . All these aspects combined will eventually lead towards finding best possible solution everyone involved already taken steps right path down line moving forward similar projects future alike .
