In my advocacy for health care, I have helped to promote access to medical treatment and resources for those in need. One of these initiatives was when I founded a student-led non-profit organization in my hometown focused on providing free medical services and health education to underserved populations. We partnered with local doctors, nurses, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals who volunteered their time to help provide check-ups and consultations for those unable to afford services otherwise. Through this program we were able to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare providers by connecting them directly with each other so that they could receive proper treatment.

Additionally, I also advocated for better insurance coverage options within our community as many individuals were not able to access quality care due to their lack of financial means or preexisting conditions. To achieve this goal I organized awareness events such as rallies and fundraisers which drew attention from both local politicians and media outlets; helping us garner support from members of congress as well as attract donations which allowed us cover costs associated running program itself….
