Activities for learning development

According to the current education framework, there is a variety of educational activities and opportunities for purposeful play that can be used in order to encourage learning and development. This includes the following examples: Project-based learning (or PBL) is an educational approach that allows students to work in teams on complex real-world problems. PBL is an instructional method that improves students’ ability to problem solve, collaborate and think critically. Inquiry-based learning (IBL) refers to a student-centered learning strategy in which pupils pose their own questions, collect their own evidence, and build their own understanding of a topic (Drew & Hardman, 2018). IBL is an instructional method that can be successfully applied in many disciplines. It works by encouraging students to develop their analytical, interpersonal, and evaluative skills. In problem-based learning (PBL), students tackle authentic problems and difficulties in collaborative groups (Barrows & Tamblyn, 2021). PBL is an instructional method that improves students’ ability to problem-solve, collaborate and think critically across multiple disciplines. Hiking, camping, and other environmental service activities are all part of outdoor education programs (Gagné, 2019).
